LED SIGNS
Please accept my thanks for your efforts in resolving a potentially bad situation for West Bend West High School, in West Bend, WI - and its Public School Foundation.
As you know, our contractor was paid in full but never completely installed the sign that you had built for him.
We were all at a loss (especially because the contractor had been longtime city resident with no previous history of bad business dealings). Signs Plus was under no obligation to "fix" our problem - but you volunteered to get the installation finished and to meet a time line that we had no idea how to hit.
Had it not been your concern for your customer's customer, the sign would not have been put up and the Foundation might not have received the $500,000 that Acuity Insurance had promised us (after the sign was completed).
Again, please accept my thanks and please offer me as a reference in the future - if anyone is interested in how Signs Plus stepped up in a very difficult situation.

"You people surely make a quality product! I thought you might be interested in how tough your signs really are. Enclosed you will find a copy of the report done by the Sheriff's Department on the vandalism attempted on our sign. The story is this: near Halloween 3 teen-age boys thought it would be "cool" to take a 20 gauge shotgun and shoot mailboxes, car windows, signs, etc. as they drove along the road. Our sign sets about 25 feet from the road. The shotgun blast struck right in the middle of the vandal cover and bounced off! What a joy to purchase something durable in these 'disposable' days!"

"Three years ago, our school purchased a sign from Signs Plus. Little did we know what a sound decision we made. Appearance and cost are easy. Durability takes time. On February 23, our community was struck by an F4 tornado. It is my understanding that, in the center of the storm, winds could be between 201-270mph. Our school sign was within 50 yards of the storm center. Wind, in excess of 100mph, approached the sign from the side. The sign was not damaged. Even the [Vandal Cover] remained and not a single letter was moved. Homes that were in the area of the sign sustained damage to roofs, walls, trees, fences and screened pool covers. You can be very proud of your product."

1.) Take your advice about checking local sign ordinances and
